A Delicious egg custard pudding is easy to make a traditional dessert with creamy caramel over soft and silky custard. caramel custard is the all-time favourite for my children.
For caramelizing, I'm using not stick pan. No adding water or anything! just sugar and ghee... Just follow my instructions on this.
I'm not using an oven to make this pudding, just you can use streamer or pan with lid what I have used here.
Ingredients:
DIRECTION FOR PUDDING :
- Take a mixer grinder jar add egg, milk, sugar and custard powder grind the mixture.
- Now for making caramel take a pan add ghee melt it and then add sugar and keep stirring till the sugar slowly turns to caramel, when the melt sugar turns to golden brown color your caramel is ready.
- Pour the caramel in to a vessel let it set for a minute.
- After the caramel is set pour the mixture of egg and milk we prepared earlier.
- Take a pan with enough of water and place the vessel and close the pan and let it cook for 30-40 mins (for 2 egg) at high flame.
- After 40mins check the consistency of the pudding (i.e., it should not sticky as shown in photo).
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Now your egg caramel pudding is ready.
