This bakrid special recipe is made in every Muslims house on the day of bakrid with fresh goat liver and is also a traditional recipe which I have shared.
you just a few simple ingredients to make such an authentic recipe which is spicy and finger-licking. cinnamon stick, cardamom, black pepper, cumin are all you need to season the liver gravy. As usual ingredients like tomato, ginger and garlic paste, onion, and coriander leaf which is available in every kitchen are needed to make this mutton liver gravy.

Ingredients :
- goat liver and lung - 1/4
- Oil - 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon stick - 2
- Cardamom - 2
- Onion - 1
- Black pepper - 2 tsp.
- Cummin - 2 tsp.
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato - 2
- Green chilly - 2
- Coriander leaf
- Salt to taste
- Water - 250ml
Direction to make goat liver gravy:
- Take a pan add oil to it, let the oil heat in high flame.
- Then add onion and saute well.
- Add ginger and garlic paste, saute well.
- Then add black pepper, cummin powder, then saute well.
- Now add goat liver and mix well.
- Season it with cardamon and cinnamon stick mix well. let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato and let it cook for a minute. After that add salt and mix well.
- After a minute add green chilly and coriander leaf. Then add water let it cook for 10 mins at low flame.
- After 10 mins check if the goat liver has become soft, if not add some after and let it cook to become soft.
- Once the cooked liver has become soft. Now delicious spicy goat liver gravy is ready to serve and not tasty and healthy food all at once.
