Mutton fry is a restaurant-style starter and snack for a function which is very simple and easy to make with simple ingredients is required
Mutton fry can be served for lunch with dal and rice, or for evening snacks, or with any rice of your choice. mutton fry taste such that it make any lunch or dinner tastier and spicy.
INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton - 1/4Kg.
- Red chilly powder - 1Tsp.
- Turmeric Powder - 1Tsp.
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1Tsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil - 1Tbsp.
DIRECTION:
- To a pan add meat.
- Add red chilly powder, Turmeric powder, salt, ginger and garlic paste.
- Add 250ml of water, let it cook for 20-30 mins at low flame.
- After 20 mins check if the meat has become soft.
- Then add oil then fry for 2 mins.
- Now your mutton fry is ready.
