Ingredient for brain fry:

  1. mutton brain- 1 no
  2. 2 medium-sized chopped onion.
  3. 1\2 tsp garlic and ginger paste
  4. 1 tsp black pepper.
  5. coriander leaves.
  6. mint leaves.
  7. green chilly- 1 nos
  8. oil 


how to make spicy brain fry:

  1. Wash the brain well 2-3 times. clean the veins on top gently pulling them with your fingers (smaller ones are difficult to separate just remove large veins and brown clots), and rinse well.
  2. Take 2 spoons of oil in a pan add chopped onion, mix it for 30 sec in high flame. add 1\2tsp garlic and ginger paste and saute well for 30 secs.
  3. Add 1 tsp of black pepper, salt to taste, then add brain, mix well, lower the flame.



  4. Now add, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilly, and mix well.
  5. Add water and mix well, cook in low flame for 2 mins keep stirring.
  6. Now your spicy brain fry is ready.
